Konnexion Updates

As we look back on the amazing year we had at Konnexion Music Festival 2023, we embark on a journey to Konnexion 2024 - a festival designed to pave the way to our 10-year anniversary celebration in 2025. This year, we are channeling our energy into making the festival more accessible to our community, while still bringing the magic we experienced last year to light.

Our decision to host a more intimate festival in 2024 comes with purpose and vision. By reducing ticket prices, we aim to ensure that everyone who has been part of our journey can join us for a memorable experience. This shift allows us to curate an event that maintains the essence of Konnexion – a celebration of music, art, and community – while accommodating a wider audience. We know times are tough in the world right now for attendees, artists, and the music industry as a whole. 

Konnexion 2024 promises the same level of effort, thoughtfulness, and creativity that you've come to expect from our festivals. Our approach this year places a larger spotlight on local talent, fostering a sense of unity within our community. We are also shifting to get more local production involved with our stages at the 2024 event. We have been curating a great team at our in-town events, and cannot wait to give them the platform to create amazing installations in the festival setting. We believe in the power of grassroots movements and want to further showcase the incredible artists and producers that Idaho has to offer.

For the main stage, we are thrilled to welcome back Digifunk, who will be providing the sensational sound with Funktion One and Hennessey Sound Design systems. The second stage will feature local sound with eight massive custom subwoofers and high-quality speakers, ensuring a powerful and immersive experience.

Our commitment to affordability extends beyond ticket prices. We've made strategic shifts in our processes to maintain the quality you've come to love about Konnexion while keeping costs down. We recognize the importance of community support this year, as it lays the foundation for an unforgettable 10-year celebration in 2025 and the future of Konnexion as a whole.
